Resize option in Photo Gallery. It will decrease the dimension of the image and it lower the image quality of the photo. Click the photo or open the photo.

Under the Organize tab , choose Properties. Select a size and then click Resize and Save. Edit the file in Paint. It will also lower the image quality of the photo.
